Surprise, surprise. Looks like Eddie wins again. Collingwood get 15 home games vs Swans 8; and only 1 trip to Perth (after their bye) vs Swans twice; no games at Simmons vs Swans 1

    The screwing continues.....

Meanwhile Collingwood play all but 4 rounds in Melbourne.

In other words, they travel 4 times for the season!

They play at the MCG every round from round 3 - round 11..Plus another 4 times.

Yeah ,good to see equalisation in full swing!
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect... MT

Woohoo, another Suns game at Metricon (my closest ground).

Interesting that this is the first time since 2008 we haven't played the Crows in Adelaide.

Yet we play West Coast Away Only Again......

The 'fixture' is an absolute rort when clubs like the Pies get what they want, year after year after year.

The other states have put up quarantine restrictions stopping Pies supporters leaving Vic?

And apart from Hawthorn we get Saints, Roos and Dees. Woo Hoo.
Yeah not a good draw for us Melbourne based supporters.

And not a very family friendly draw in Sydney with all the night games. I thought the AFL were meant to improve the draw for next season and learn from their mistakes!

Looks like Newbold, Polo Gil and Ed got together at gils house and came up with this fixture.

Something needs to be done about ridding the MCG of their home of football status. Its either a home ground for a club or just a neutral venue. It cannot be used for financial gain by the likes of collingwood at the expense of a fair draw.

Also collingwood not travelling to Geelong for nearly a decade and half is rubbish. Whats the excuse these days after the cats have built a top stadium? There is no excuse at all!

I swear this comp is the worst comp in the world when it comes to draw and fairness. I have never seen so much corruption in a league, as much as FIFA takes that crown, the AFL are swimming in it. At least they (FIFA) dont compromise the draws to all their tournaments, yes they accept bribes for hosting the world cup but heck political parties have "donations". When was the last time you saw a team in say the champions league been given carte blanche on who they want to play? Or what about a country like say italy or england being allowed to pick and choose who they play at the world cup?

Yet it seems to be accepted in the AFL.

I never liked Sunday games..have to wait all weekend for the footy. I would rather the footy on a friday night that way i can get on with doing the things i cant do during the week due to work.

Plus Sundays i like to spend with the family and do family things, watching footy is not part of that.
