    No Ludwig the rule goes like this; Rule 4. 10. Vic: The Victorian clubs will have preferential treatment in these areas;

    1. Recruiting. No Victorian club will be penalised under Section 1; Breaching the Salary cap. (Carlton doesn't count as this was BCG (Before Caesar Gillon).

    2. Get better return for traded players in the draft.

    3. Be preferred by the umpires in a contest with Interstate clubs

    4. Will have funding from state government and AFL locked in

    5. Will be granted a new training facility (Essendon) or ground for AFL matches (ala Hawks are getting a new ground out East)

    6. Will be subsidised by the AFL if they collapse

    7. Will have their coaches salary subsidised by the AFL

    The Interstate clubs will have to crawl on bended knee to the Former CEO and now Caesar Australis Footballus Gillon and beg for scraps.

    They're not getting him. I will become the Provisional IRA if they do!! Bombs away in time LOL

    8. No Victorian team will travel more than twice a year unless they are getting paid millions to play in Tassie, Darwin or Cairns. All Victorian clubs will have at least 14 home games per year.
