With Balmain wrapping up minor premiership. If they win their final match, does that mean Jarjoura is now retired with his 3 weeks?

There's no possible way for Balmain to play 4 games during the finals. So unless he changes his mind about retirement & plays next season, his playing career is over.

Monumental stuff-up with the Womens Div 2 semi-finals. When they arrived at Henson Park, the rugby league goal posts were in place. Games ended up being switched to Mahoney Park.

i am hearing that there were some hi jinx about and the suspended one would have prefered a loss to qualify himself for the GF. Was there a little Temper-Tanty after the game when they came from behind to seal the top spot? Will the coach be around in 2 weeks for the semi finals let alone the GF

No Chris Bolt at Saturday's match, and he evidently hasn't met with the tribunal yet - they are saying that he is nudging that magical point where past sins accumulate to put an end to his footy. For a while anyway.
I didn't hear a temper-tanty after the Balmain win but he might have been seething white with anger. Wouldn't it be so-so selfish to expect the team to roll over in a game just so that he got his chance for a big send-off ? I hope your information is wrong.

Bit of an update....I heard from someone, who heard from some involved with the Tiges, that the coach did in fact throw a tanty because the team didn't follow his instructions and throw the game. So he has walked out on the club and the coaching role forthwith.
This fits in with what REDSOX wrote yesterday.
Can we get this confirmed by someone ?

I also heard the same. I have a mate playing at Balmain, I'll send him a message.

How good would it be now if Luffy took over as coach for the finals. I reckon the boys would play their hearts out for him to give him a grand finale as premiership player AND premiership coach.
It's the stuff that fairy tales are made of.

Eight weeks for Chris Bolt - I think that's the end for him isn't it ?
Two weeks for Rod Craig - I think he is retiring so is that the end for him too ? Pity because I've enjoyed watching him play over the years.
