Why do we currently have so many injuries while in 2005-2012 we had so few?

    Just pondering this question?

2013 and 2015 injuries killed our seasons. We seemed to have a lot of 'luck' in the past in regards to injuries and this 'luck' seemed to have gone.

Did we change medical staff when Roos left? Did we change game style? Did we change warm-up preparations?

The question of the upward trend in injuries to swans players has bothered me since 2013 and I don't believe they're all just freak accidents. Particularly in regards to hamstrings, etc. We would be a different team if Alex Johnson was still around.

Does anyone with more inside knowledge know why this trend has occured?

I've just taken down the team picture from this year. Front row in mine got off lightly injury-wise but back two were hit hard. Suggest next year we put the support staff in back two rows and have the playing group in one row at the front.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.

I had a feeling we had lost good medical staff. What year did we lose him?

The swans really ought to improve injury management and get back to doing it correctly.
