Swans V Giants Womens Match. 1.40 pm Saturday SCG.

    Women's All Stars Match preview - April 6, 2016 - sydneyswans.com.au

The girls are playing at 1.40pm before the Mens game. Anyone going to sneak in early for a look?

The previous games in Melbourne have been really entertaining, well worth a look.

I'm coming up early probably via the NEAFL game at Blacktown.

Will be interesting to see if I end up supporting the Swans women because of the colours, or the Giants team which is mostly Canberrans including three from my sister's club.

The NEAFL game is at Henson Park not Blacktown!

On a purely selfish note, 1030 at Blacktown suits me better than midday at Marrickville so I'm happy with the change, but why the hell wasn't it being played as a curtain raiser in the first place given they will be swinging the gates open early for an exhibition match??

It will be interesting to see if they cancel the women's match if the expected rain eventuates, which I suspect is also the reason they've moved the NEAFL game from Henson Park.

Reasonably annoyed that the NEAFL match is second billed behind the women's match

Because the AFL is terribly and nauseatingly politically corrected under our plummy throated leader of the landed gentry

I feel like you might be reading way too much into it
