It seems that not much has been said about the passing of Billy Williams.
For those that aren't aware, Billy was one of the great stalwarts of the club, not only during his playing career but up until fairly recently. Whenever he was praised for his 3 awards he would , in his humble manner, always say it was because he had "an armchair ride" from his rucks, Jack Graham and Jim Taylor.
He was always one of the most enthusiastic singers of the club song at club gatherings and would probably give Kenny a run for his money. He was a true gentleman and a great sportsman and to put it simply, a really good bloke.
