I would have thought our profile on that graph is pretty close to ideal (Adelaide's is similar).
The 'bulge' for GWS will continue to drift up as the core of their concession and early draft picks mature through their 20's - however their situation is a unique one.
Ultimately it's about the quality though - Hawthorn's graph is fairly well spread, but you take away the top end and the quality of those 20-25 is mediocre, certainly compared to ours.
Geelong's seems good at first glance, but they're too skinny at the young end and that is challenged even more given what they traded away in last year and this year's drafts in the Dangerfield deal. And there isn't the quality in their 'bulge' that GWS has to have all of them stay until their 30's to make up for the lack of elite younger talent.
