Jake Lloyd re-signs for 2 years

Just come up on the AFL website that Jake Lloyd has re-signed for another two years. That I think is excellent news.

    Excellent news - I agree.

Great news. Lloyd is a really dependable depth player who fills a role with us. He's still young and should only get better.

Papley and Lloyd within a couple of days. I think we can assume Mitchell is GAAAAAAAAWN!

My thoughts exactly. He plays with poise and knows how to get the ball. He runs out games. Seems a nice guy, too.

Good news: another happy camper. And I have enjoyed his work this year, with his constant running to contest after contest to make himself an outside option.

Fantastic news. I love these "under the radar" players. Lots of poise, good disposal. A lot to like with young Lloyd.

At least two more years before he turns to the dark side ...

Good news, sometimes cops flak but I always think it's misplaced, works hard, is composed, generally good disposal. I like the fact we keep signing them up - except for Tom Mitchell so he is either asking to much or is already gone in which case I'm sure we are frying bigger fish :-)

Good mid tier player, all clubs need plenty of them, a solid signing....

But please stop the O'keefe style, 'throw it on the boot and hope for the best'.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect... MT
