I'd say most of those are about right. Though since Parker was second in the Brownlow, there's a fair chance that he'll take the Skilton. Might be a case of him being in front at the end of the home and away; making for a close finish when the votes for the finals are revealed. I also think that Rampe is a good chance of springing a surprise. He played well in almost every game, and since the voting is different to the Brownlow 3-2-1, defenders have some sort of chance.

I think Joey overtook Hannebery with finals votes last year, and reckon he'll do the same with Parker this year. Which does beg the question: why is it only Joey who consistently rouses himself to elite performance in the finals?

I thought that the wins over Adelaide and Geelong were possibly our best of the season. So on those occasions, most of the side were somewhere between very good and elite.

I'll be disappointed if I don't. I'm very good at it.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I think these are pretty good but I will go for JPK for Players' Player and Bobby Skilton and Best Finals player. That's how I feel about him.

What about Aliir for most improved?

I would LOVE to see Ramps get the Best Clubman award. I'm not sure where his competition will come from but I hope he's a contender.

Some sort of award should be should be initiated for Tom Papley! How extraordinary to come from Bunyip, be drafted as a rookie, have one pre-season under his belt, be elevated to main list and play so many games as well as he has. All the other first year players have been at the club for years, even Mills if you count the Academy. Perhaps the closest in the recent past has been AJ.
