Yeah crowd very poor. Though ordinary weather most of the morning. Brought my 7yo for his1st live game. Hopefully he will be a good luck charm. Go Swannies.

BT making out that Buddy punched Silvagni in the nose. I bet he's exaggerating.

That's why Grundy no longer plays in the forward line. That was a sitter.

Geez it hurts having so many experienced leaders having such poor skills! Those should have been 2 easy goals kicked!

It's a surprisingly open, uncongested game so far. I like the way we're playing on quickly.

    Great work Melican and Hayward!

Also, only having our third Ruck option is hurts. Sometimes structures work better than the players themselves.
An in form Tippo should be in the side but he's woefully out of form and a passenger

Wet ground is a factor but terrible kicking in the corridor

Glad Newman is in the side

How the *#@! did Melican run past Harry to run down Petrevski-Seton? Harry's meant to be fast!

    Great work Melican again.

Melican is faster? plus Harry seems to run slower to defend than he does to attack.

    Melican looks like a keeper

    Parker looks horribly slow

All a bit laborious thus far. Looks like 18th playing 15th (or wherever Carlton are on the ladder at the moment). Lloyd is certainly earning his pay packet this afternoon, though, and Heeney is starting to find his feet.
