AFL Grand Final 2017 date and time, how to watch, TV schedule
AFTER playing the decider in October in 2016 the next AFL Grand Final is back to its traditional last Saturday in September timeslot.

The 2017 Grand Final is scheduled for Saturday, September 30 at 2.30pm.

The game will again be played at the MCG and televised live and free on Channel 7.

SAVE THE DATE: MUST-WATCH GAMES FOR 2017

The Western Bulldogs broke a 62-year premiership drought when they defeated Sydney in the 2016 decider and will try to claim back-to-back flags for the first time in the clubís history next year.

The AFL fixture will again feature a bye for all teams after the final home-and-away round, which will be played over the weekend of August 25-28.

After the weekend off, the finals series will begin on September 1-3.


The home-and-away season begins on Thursday, March 23 when Carlton and Richmond meet at the MCG.
