#AFL Round 4 Weekly Discussion Thread

Tonight's game.....potentially boring. Crows should win easily. Match of the Round, probably Hawks vs Demons. Not a blockbuster round by any means.

    They did even better!

Give it a spell: Pies' cheer squad embraces mistake - AFL.com.au
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Adelaide's tall forward line - Walker, Jenkins, McGovern, Lynch and Fogarty (plus smalls Betts and Milera) up against the undersized Pies defence - Dunn, Howe, Scharenberg, Murray, Maynard, Langdon should be an interesting battle. What might work for the Pies is that it is forecasted to rain.

Strong wind and rain here, will be played at ground level, could be a late change for Crows to suit conditions. We of course want the Pies to lose!

I think the Pies will go surprisingly close tonight...

Atm, you're a very good judge with the Magpies absolutely smashing the Crows at HT. Adelaide looked extremely timid in the first half.

Pies going well......Their recruiting of Murray looks shrewder every week. Apparently they've been tracking his progress for a number of years.....since before we drafted him. He has serious pace and turn of speed.

Can you imagine how good H.Grundy, Rampe, N.Smith or Mills would be in that side given how Murray is playing?

Sure, but everyone in the side?

The Crows are a rabble tonight .... theyve got nothing . They need to give their fans something in this last quarter.
