Both teams are playing well tonight. This has to be the most high pressure game I've seen this season. Both teams are worthy of being premiership favs at this stage.

He hasnt really been given many clean chances, every time he gets it there are Eagles waiting to tackle. I dont think hes been that bad.

Hanners does have 12 possessions to this point but again, like last week, 1 kick, 11 handballs and dare I say it, not many of those effective.

Half time edit: 15 possessions: 1 kick, 14 handballs. I know the pressure's been on but his effort to handball over NicNat was rookie error stuff......maybe confidence is low? Back to the two's then.......

Our backline has been amazing. Fantastic effort.

Jack just isn't up to AFL standards these days. He gets SFA possessions and those that he does get he panics and blindly throws it onto his boot. I hope this is his last year. We ant afford to carry him.

Absolutely. All of them down back have been rock solid. They were under siege for a lot of that first half, too.

    Awesome Alir .
    Dominating defence.

The numerous turnovers have to stop .

I am not questioning his endevour but he is so slow to dispose of the ball.

This. Huge pressure and tough hard footy - we need to use the ball better in the middle going forward - but all in all we are doing ok. Yes some are struggling but we have plenty of youngsters out there.

Aliir looking much more like the '16 version and our backline is doing very well!

Come on swannies - huge 3rd quarter coming up!

Echo the backline comments....they just absorb (their own turnovers) so well.
