Ronke out Rose in was a late late change.
Annoyingly for the second straight game against them, they have no full-time ruck for this game which makes it a little harder to gauge Knoll's progress
Good effort in that quarter. As is often the case with our academy players, the pressure acts and the attack on the ball was very willing. And with Knoll dominating in the ruck, we're not getting smashed in the clearances, as I feared. Brisbane's in front largely because they've been more efficient on the break. Foot, Bell and McInerney all doing well. Campbell showed his promise with a goal and a few possessions.
Back with a bang!

Rose, Menzel, Bell and Naismith looking worthy of senior footy
Excellent four goal to one quarter, with the one Lions goal being a bit of a charity goal. A debatable high contact free, followed by a fifty: which I presume was for dissent.
Knoll has been very good. Dominating in the ruck against part timers and gathering ten possessions. He also looks to be a bit more pacy and agile. Menzel has been useful forward, with a couple of goals. He's probably also organising all the youngsters around him. Thurlow probably doing the same down back.
Plenty of others playing well. Plenty of excellent efforts. Let's hope we can keep it up.
That quarter was much the same as the first quarter. We had plenty of the play, but the Lions were more effective on the break. Still, at three quarter time, we are in with a chance. Which I didn't expect before the game.
