If it's true that three clubs are interested, we might have a bit of leverage.

    Aha! Thanks.

Pardon my ignorance but how so? Would there really be a director for this?
We have them where we want them, everything is going according to plan!

There would be multiple cameras some wide, some tighter and the director directs someone to switch between them. So it's their call which cameras to use at any point in the game.

There’s only one camera at the NEAFL game. I’ve seen it! And while I understand the complaint about the wide shots, keep in mind this game would probably have gone untelevised last year

Did Carr's mother pick the Demons best players? Encouragement award for Amartey over Thurlow as well.

Knoll certainly lifted in Cameron's absence....

Fellow Swans recruit Michael Knoll, one of the club’s two selections at the Mid-Season Rookie Draft, was also strong in ruckman Darcy Cameron’s absence.

The 205-centimetre, 103-kilogram giant posted a match-high 39 hit-outs, and Laidler is thrilled with the progress he’s shown.

“He competed hard all day,” Laidler said.

“He gave us a contest and there were stages where he showed some of his best footy. It’s very tricky to fit into a new club and a new game plan, but he’s adapted really well."

That's a fair hit-out haul from Knoll. How were the Canberra rucks?

The main Canberra ruckman Maynard wasn’t playing. I thought it was even between the two rucks at quarter time but it was Knoll who was the slightly better as the game went on.
