I was a colossal admirer of the Mummy, but a few of his clumsy "accidents" and the powder video have taken a bit of the shine off that admiration.
But his game against Collingwood brought quite a bit of it back.
I have no idea how much pain he's in, but it looks considerable from the outside.
He can barely run, what leap he had is a distant memory and he was completely toweled up by an utterly superior opponent - yet he dug deep, persisted and played a significant part of a wonderful victory.

Loose translation from the Latin is - I am tall, so I hit out.

His last two minutes were huge. He was a big loss to us after 2013.

I think you'll find we're the ones who let him go (to accommodate Buddy's salary)

Just as he left Geelong after we made an offer he couldn't refuse, with Buddy and Tippett on board, Giants came knocking. He would have stayed if we could afford to pay him what he was worth. Great player for us for 4 years. I hold zero grudges.

Played injured as I recall. No way we make the finals without him . Some people have very short memories

LOL. I thought they were well suited to each other given the fact they are both very unpleasant people.
