How about less whinging about umpiring and more analysis about our crappy structures and poor skills?

2 touches to 3qtr time for the recruit of the season in a high pressure game.

Not much better for Menzel but it’s his first game of the season at least.

From my understanding Rohan is paid a lot more so feel we’ve got the better of that swap.

Agree, Geelong have closed off the spaces we had in the first qtr, need to look for some run through the lines rather than short kicks. We need to kick the first goal in the last qtr, that may give us the lift to keep going.

Got a bit sucked in to playing a static style in that quarter. Need to try run and gun, if we're going to pull off an upset.

We have been playing one short all game.....Melican. Surely there is someone in 2's who can play in the back line. Has been horrible all game. Otherwise we are having a real crack, and but for poor kicking for goal and periods of getting flogged out of the guts we should be right in this. Bit slow moving it on that quarter.

Is there a chance someone will tell O'Riordan that he is allowed to move the ball forward.

On the TV now. 10 goals straight to Geelong from stoppages.

Geelong throwing and ducking, scragging and holding on - nothing paid. Buddy on goal line George on the wing. Meh.

Patterns emerge, but do they mean anything? No.

It’s the disparity between the finishing as much as anything. We’ve had the balance of the play for a lot of the match and have been ripped open by two five goal bursts.

We haven’t had reward for our effort either. Felt we deserved a 1-2 goal lead at qtr time from the balance of play

    Yeah, completely out of depth.

Being beaten in the clearances, perhaps start to rove to their ruck.
