Thread: Match Thread. Richmond, Round 6.

Even Dawson can't kick straight today

We look competitive, except our defence is severely undersized. Any time it is kicked inside their 50 I am not confident. But around the ground we're looking competitive.

On a side note, it's probably a good year to come in the bottom 4, considering the asterix nature of the year.

Well, the second part of the quarter wasn't as bad as the first. Except for the Kennedy injury. Is he officially done for the day? Rowbottom was the highlight. Stevic might drive me totally insane.

On a brighter note - Rowbottom’s goal and his play leading up to it were fantastic. He will be a gun player. And Stephens looking good, shame he missed his set shot, hope he gets a goal this match.

When you are already behind the 8 ball with injuries you absolutely must take your opportunities and so the most disappointing aspect from that quarter was the three missed set shots from reasonably good positions.

Those is just one of many posts calling our club and it's coaches stupid so I'm not attacking you personally Wolfie but why don't we all just calm down a bit re: the late dropping of Alliir and wait for the full story? ABC commentators reckon he must be injured.....I tend to agree.

Gotta say that reading this thread is becoming increasingly cringe worthy. I understand we are used to success and winning a lot and that it's not fun being less successful....but some of the comments here today are beyond the pale and represent spoilt people losing their @@@@@.....a bit like Karen's in the US atm.
Calm the farm....our list is thin....we will rise again.

I hope Aliir is injured because if they keep Blakey but drop Aliir cause of form, Horse is definitely a very very biased coach
