    Went for a bike ride this morning so I could miss a couple of hours of useless jabberish on the tube.

    Mrs. L will be watching the game today. She gets very nervous and excitable during games, so there's a good chance that I'll be injured and have to be substituted out. If you don't hear from me, it's probably just that I'm going through concussion protocols.
