Given the standard of the camera work, even if they had a camera trained on Hall at the time Grant went down, it would end up being out of shot anyway.
The umpires always give Hall, Lockett etc a hard time - it's pretty obvious they have the attitude 'well he gives as good as he gets so we'll just let it go'.
Hopefully we move up the ladder rapidly, because that's the other thing about playing in 'bottom 8' matches - you get the dregs in terms of the umps.

I'll bite my tongue until I see whether there was any footage. But I know this, Grant did a lot of staging last night for frees, and I wouldn't be surprised if that "collapse" to his knees was just another bit of acting to rile Barry up.
