    Latest odds

    Some interesting odds from Centrebet.

    Sydney $1.72
    St Kilda $2.10

I would of thought Saints would be favourites.

Premiership we are third favourite at $12.00

And a couple of unimportant ones we are currently $13.00 to win the premiership next year and $34.00 to win next years wooden spoon.

Thought we would be favourites considering how bad St. Kilda looked Friday night.

My heart sinks though when we are....we like that backs to the wall crap.

I'm not sure about that one. Sportsbet is showing Saints as the favourites not Swans. I saw it in the HS this morning.

I wouldn't back us at $1.72, way too short.

I would have thought we would more likely be around $2.30 - $2.40

Let's hope the bookies are right then.

Just had a look at sporstbet, and they have us $11.00 to win the premiership with St Kilda at $14.00, I can't get their head to head odds, but on those figures we would be the favourites this weekend

Yeah, I couldn't figure that one out as well. Very strange.

Sydney has won four games str8, three against top 8 teams. It has also won 11 of its last 15 (starting from the Hawthorn game at the SCG and the end of that horror four losing matches in a row). Anyone have similar stats for St Kilda to make a comparison?

It looks to me that tab sportsbet has more "realistic" odds:

Sydney to win over St Kilda $1.68
    Sydney to win Premiership $11
St KIlda to win over Sydney $2.05
St Kilda to win Premiership $18

Bookies rate Geelong and Essendon higher than St Kilda. Very interesting.

St Kilda have won 5 of past 8 games (1-3 against top 8 sides, but 1 loss against Geelong at SS and 2 against Brisbane at Gabba).

Since its 10-0 to start the season, St Kilda have gone 6-7.

Besides the two shockers against Brisbane, St Kilda's form has not been too bad in other games.

What though the odds be great or small, Swans will go in and win over all

I couldn't have said it better myself JS!

In a meeting this morning, when people from all over the country were unable to show because of flights being diverted left right and centre, I was able to throw in the line that we could expect this sort of weather activity for the next four weeks as we !SHAKE DOWN THE THUNDER FROM THE SKY!

many were saying the saints would be underdogs which is a surprise given that we have not won a final in melbourne for a very long time.

Im confident that we can get over the line however
