| Profile: | Was thrown about as trade bait at the end of 2007 because he fell out of favour at the end of the season when he couldn’t get back into the side for the Elimination Final against Collingwood, after he was suspended for a week. But on his day, he is a tough in and under midfielder and a key player for the Swans. Played only 16 games in 2007, and only needs 12 more games to bring up his 100th game of his career. Was delisted by the Swans at the end of the 2003 season and was re-drafted by the club in the 2003 National AFL Draft, and Buchanan has made the most of his second opportunity at the club and still has plenty to offer. From the western Victorian town in Colac. | ||
