Maybe but this was a total shellacking at home with the great majority of their premiership team in ( no Wirra, Hunter, Fletcher or Braun). I watched most of the game & there was no stage where the Weagles looked competitive - most worrying for them was that their frwd line looked even more dysfunctional than last season.

Early days yet, of course, but I've got a feeling that may struggle this year.

Did Cow still go in Swans gear? If so, was the crowd really semi-friendly? ;)

Chickened out for two reasons: Mum's birthday and too many Eagles supporters suggesting I would be assaulted.

Unless I'm mistaken, Drew Banfield is still their only member of a premiership team.

I know what you're trying to say though - and Braun didn't play on September 24

Friends?

hardly.

Don't presume that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Will you still call them that when they are on top and WC at the bottom and we play them in a big game or final?

The support given to the Swans by Freo supporters before and after the GF on dockerland was nothing short of sensational...
