FREMANTLE discard Graham Polak sent a clear message to Dockers' coaches yesterday with a four-goal second quarter to help set up a crushing 77-point win for East Fremantle over East Perth.

Polak also had nine marks for the first half and his strong leading at East Fremantle Oval would have been welcome news for Dockers' coach Chris Connolly.

Nine marks in a half and four goals in a quarter! Must be something in the water in Freo!
