I think Leo is in trouble here and could soon drop out of the running. LRT is now taking on the gorillas and so Leo doesn't get the same chance to rack up the FAs when he tries to jump up high enough to see the ball over his skyscraper opposition.

He was in with a good chance when the newly enforced "chopping the arms" rule was applied but he's been moved out of the position just at a time when the glory was his.

Stand by for the September 30 call you've all been waiting for: "LRT you star!"

The bad news is that Leo fell back to third this week, one infringement out of second place. The good news is that we have four players in the AFL all-star serial infringers with Hall, Buchanon and Roberts-Thomson been named as emergencies and sure to make it into the team in the next few weeks.

When you have the type of game that the Swans love to play, which is a very "physical" kind of contest, then there is no way that a person would NOT get frees going against them.

Didn't you just love that mark that Leo Barry took in the back line against the Dogs ala GF05'? I certainly brought back a lot of memories..

For him, I'd say for the Frees Against, it's another case of getting used to the rule changes, and thats why a few times in the past 2 games, he's punched the ball out rather than push / pull / shove as he has earlier on.

Also for Leo's frees against, I'd like to see the stats on how many goals he actually saved. Against Lloydy who kicked 4 against him the other week, I'm sure he saved around 3-4 too..

I was scratching my head that Hally actually had more frees FOR him than against on the weekend (3-0) :) He's probably done some work on being honest and dealt with it a bit.

Definitely against the Dogs I've seen improvement all round for quite a few of our players.. ROK playing half-back, Jude, LRT, Leo, etc..

(Except again, on MOL, who was just was well manned up coz Eade didn't want him getting away and doing a number on him like last year when he kicked 4-5 against Dogs)..

Ah well, can't wait for the next game..

Is there also a ladder on the face expressions after conceding a free kick? Surely leo would lead that.
