I used to loath when I saw that Goldsphincter would be umpiring a Swans game but now I genuinely hate him and think he should no longer be a part of the AFL or any level of Aussie Rules (even AusKick) for that matter.

The only thing I can give him credit for is that I saw him talking up umpire development the other night. There is a big need to retain new Umps as most don't stick around at a senior level for long.

I don't deny he has screwed us in the past - the 2003 and 2005 prelims come to mind - but he seems to have it in for the Hawks even more. They're still going on about the 2001 PF over at HawkHQ! (that thread was fantastic, btw)
