Waiting for the cheap flights to Adelaide now. Another of those must watch live games. May even stay down for the two weeks as Port is the next away game.

Was thinking about that, Adelaide doesn't seem to go on sale as often as Melbourne flights. Also accommodation to consider as well!

The Adelaide game is on the June long weekend, so unlikely any killer deals will surface...

Tiger are advertising Sydney/Melbourne $35 each way. Probably come back to about $29 just after New Year. They are advertising $45 Thursday and $62 to come back but there will be a special happening again in the New Year. Mind you if they break anymore rules the passengers might just get stood up but that happens with Jetstar if they decide to cancel a flight too.

Virgin Australia had a deal not long ago, I got Sydney Wellington and then Auckland Sydney for under $400 return. Air NZ has a deal on right now, $150 off return flights but I think it's 24 or 48 hours only.

In and out of Auckland is cheapest. Take in road trip (which is what I am doing). Down the west side then back up via the east.
