Andrew Demetriou's Essendon Scarf

I don't recall seeing AD at other games wearing any team's scarf (granted it was his daughter that was waving a Bombers scarf). Was it because it was Umpire Appreciation round that he was sitting where he was (usually up higher and in a suit).
