Continues the amazing trend of ex Swans going to the SANFL and getting drafted to another club - Gordon Rowe Terlich Phillips vs only one in the WAFL (Faulks) and none in the VFL IIRC

Pretty sure Faulks was playing in the VFL before being drafted by Freo.

And don't forget Simpkin. He was also playing VFL I think.

Yes Simpkin did the Geelong VFL route which seems to be quite a rewarding post.

Anyway, Alex Brown if you're reading this, get to the SANFL ASAP!

Great news about Nipper. Guess he found out HOW much he wanted to play AFL.

Not sure what the send off message is ... We must assume that if you do better you may be selected by another club. I do pass on my congratulations. To all players that make it! Nipper is another.
