Matthews said the day may come along where players may have to operate out of zones on the ground. However, he conceded it would be difficult to police particularly at boundary throw-ins and stoppages where players might be out of their 'zone' and for example how much time would be given for them to return?
I seriously hope this never happens. Does any game other than netball have a rule like this? The Auskick-style pack that follows the ball must be avoidable some other way.
