Perhaps they should bring in height scale for AFL umps - you have to be 5ft 10in's and over otherwise you cant go on - Little Ray is too small for players to see, he comes up to their waists! - its like having a little leaguer out on the ground playing with the big kids. And he does suffer from little man syndrome. He should get a contact with Advanced Hair Studio - then it will be "look at me, look at me, yeah yeah"!!Leave a comment:

no he has no idea whats going on around him..haven't you seen some of his decisions when he umps the swans...i think goldy gave him a few pointers when he retired.....
Chamberlain suffers small person syndrome one thinks...(apologies to all you small sized people out there..yes including my wife)Leave a comment:

Totally agree. Even most 2 year olds can follow that logic. Why can't the tribunal?Leave a comment:

No Annie...what i was asking was whether a fine such as he got will disqualify him from winning it..as a suspension would?Leave a comment:

So if it is obvious it was Goddard who deliberately pushed Goodes in to the path of the umpire then why wasn't he fined. It is a free against a player who pushes another into the centre square at a centre bounce.Buchanan knocked him over earlier in the game. Chamberlain moved quickly to his left and it can be argued he actually ran into Amon, not the other way around. I'm sure it's why they deemed Amon no case to answer.
Goodes was pushed into the back of Chamberlain by Goddard during a ballup near the wing boundary. I'm positive no free kick was awarded, but they obviously thought Goodes was heading into the 'no go zone', which he may well have been, even though there is little doubt Goddard 'assisted' him.
I suspect it because it was Adam Goodes.
On Chambelain, he appeared to hog the umpiring on Saturday.Leave a comment:

Who left the ump on his bum in the centre square?
The other was earlier at (southern) half fwd flank?
Which was whom?Leave a comment:

Buchanan hit him in a separate incident.$1950 out of Goodesy's wallet for running into Ray Chamberlain Saturday night. Two points..1. Does a fine disqualify from Brownlow and 2, I saw the replay of this during the game and was sure it was Buchanan who hit Chamberlain. AFL website says it was Goodes but further evidence (if needed) that I'm going crackers!Leave a comment:

What concerns me is that one umpire has been bowled over twice in the one game. It begs the question, does Chamberlain have any idea what is going on around him?
I reckon they should be made to wear pink like the maggots in the NRL!Leave a comment:
