The Blues are a handy side, but they ran into a pretty smart outfit last week. They will be pretty keen to bounce back, but i reckon we can lock down their midfield run and bore them into submission.

I'll take Judd: Goodes throws gauntlet to Blues - AFL.com.au
Goodes wants to play on Judd. MOL a week away from playing, which I guess is kinda good. Barlow will be dropped for Ablett, while Thorton will come in for Crouch. Pyke won't play, especially against the blues.
Swans by 36 points, last time against Hawks I predicted a 35 point victory for us, so hopefully im right again.Leave a comment:

Well, Brisbane ended their run of outs against us on Saturday night. Is it Carlton's turn? As we all know, it's been quite a while since we've lost to the Blues - Round 8, 2000 at Optus Oval, to be exact. Since then we've enjoyed 11 consecutive wins against them, the best winning streak either team has ever enjoyed against the other.
It's actually even longer since we've lost to Carlton at the SCG - Round 7, 1993, back in the bad old days. Only 9,214 people turned up on that particular Sunday.
I think we'll get a bigger crowd for this Saturday's game. And I also think we can extend our winning streak by at least one more game. Carlton are on the rise, but their loss to Essendon proves they're not invincible.
Should be a cracker. Swans by 20 points.Tags: None
