I'd happily see him replace ROK, but Smith absolutely must stay where he is.

Bevan has been used better by the coaches. After a terrible tackle in front of the Blues goal and a consequent goal to them ,i was screaming "get him into the forward line" .In no time at all he put through a lovely goal from the forwards.Great Coaching! . I have always thought Bevan was a high risk but gutsy defender but an excellent defensive forward who can punish you on the turnover.

Well done anyway Bevo, your contributions up forward have been nothing short of fanfreakingtastic.

He's proven himself with his versatility - but still capable of horrendous blunders as per his terrible tackle on Waite and missing a very simple goal in Q4 as well as his weekly effort of over-committing to the ball. A great trier but shows no signs to me of a guy who will ever have great footy smarts.

He has done very well recently Bevan, and with Teddy you always know you will get 110% effort. Without LRT around, Teddy has done really well helping to fill that important gap in our backline.

Hehe.... Not only defending Bevo this week I've also defended the atmosphere at ANZ in another thread. Strange times indeed.

I'm an unapologetic Bevan fan. It's great to see him play well in the forward 50. His tackling (when disciplined) is ferocious.

anyways, what you are implying is that he had only been playing crap football. I think he was more inconssistent than crap. Also maybe he just is better suited and more comfortable from the centre forward.

It's quite funny, I was chatting with a mate who still has an issue with Bevo and I was actually defending him. Amazing how things can turn . We are a chance to play in a Prelim and I'm defending Bevo. What next, Elvis walks through the door and say April fools.
