Yep stood and watched his "brother" burn. Have no time for him because of it and because so many of his tackles were chicken wing tackles and he was never called on it.
Never troubled us, Nick Smith kept him quiet every time.

That was the saviour of the swans. A bid so outlandish that the other clubs had to step in.Let's hope it's completely broken down and parts are no longer available. Will never forgive the arrogant cheats for waiting for us to die in the 90s so that they could move in on the Sydney market. May the club languish at the wrong end of the ladder for many years to come.Leave a comment:

Exactly! Compare that with what happened to us post Buddy recruitment and then what happened in 2016 at the end......it's just not right.

Carlton are so bad at present. Richmond look almost unbeatable.

I agree totally! No sympathy from me. They should not have been allowed to retain the 1995 Cup given their blatant rorting of the salary cap to win it.

Carlton didn't "win" a wooden spoon until 2002. They're now going for spoon number 5! Lovely!

Just came inside and flicked on the telly to see how the Lukocious Cup was going at the Gabba and to see Carlton's "green shoots".
Well looks like a trio of cups for the Blues, adding a third to their Kruezer & Gibbs cups picked up a decade ago. The green shoots? well not much rain so they're all brown and withered.
HT 55 to 18, Brisbane making it look like a training run!Leave a comment:

Looks like Carlton's going to get another number one pick. Fair enough, all the ones they already have, don't seem to be helping them that much.Leave a comment:

Hampton was terrible....terrible....looked like he didn't want to be there.Just watched the Richmond game, wow, like last week they just swarm everywhere like ants, deserved flag favourites. Makes our game look antiquated.
Crows are a shell of last years side, won't be making finals. Curtly Hampton was on the ground for the Crows, I didn't use the word play, he was unsighted so checked his stats, 83% TOG for two possies at 50% efficiency! Looks a certain delist. More clever trading by GWS, they got a second rounder for him!

Correction.....his fathers 'ill health'......he's not dead yet! Phew! Apologies to the Rioli's for that mistake.Well, today's big news is the sudden retirement of Cyril Rioli from AFL football. A bit of a relief for all other teams and a bit of a shock.....even taking into consideration his taking of 'personal leave'. Who knows what the real reason's are (his fathers death has no doubt set the wheels in motion) but good luck to him and his family. No doubt a great player even if he was adorned in horrible colours of brown and gold.
