However in saying that, I don't really see the problem with the e-mail, they were offering Swans members the opportunity to buy tickets before the general public from memory, so I guess it is a service for members.
If they sent out an e-mail offering 5% discount on some product we probably wouldn't have a thread about it.
I never got it. I must have ticked the box that indicated I did not wish to receive promotional crap.
