Fair enough, don't know where I picked that up from then.

In regards to the spending of money - Do we not have to spend a minimum of 92.5% of our salary cap each year? And if I am not mistaken you need to have AFL approval to spend that lower amount(???) Goodes is now a veteran so who do we give a giant bucket of money to??? Fev will get part of his contract paid by Carlton, the Swannies will get their new "Bad Boy" full forward and a heap of publicity, can't see the downfall other than the no D-Head policy but I think that left the moment Spida got there!

Radio was discussing if Jolly & Buchanan also gone there must be massive space in Sydney's salary cap.

But can't see how it can be taken advantage of

I wonder if jolly's parents in law would be willing to move to sydney for a couple of years.

Just because Goodes (and others) qualify for the veterans list doesn't mean we'll use it, so there isn't necessarily a lot of room in our salary cap.

I can help you out there with three letters

The gambling bit will fit in well. The Swans have a lot of punters playing for them and like to go out gambling the night before big finals.

I hate this attitude, I don't care what he does off the field, as long as he can play football.

    Fair enough.

And I guess as many people hate the attitude that we should run to the salvation of every mature aged problem child, regardless of where they fit into the current scheme of things and at the expense of investment in the longer term playing list.

    Different strokes, I guess.
