    anyone know much about this fella and potential for 2010 or 2011 ?

    He is still a kid although he looks much older. Eighteen or so. Quick between the ears, makes good decisions, moves quickly, light on his feet, and still very lightly built but grows an impressive beard. Played good 2nds footy, but slowed down towards the end of the season. Have a good impression of him, but will reserve judgement for another 18 months.
    If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood

    When I was in Sydney for the Richmond game this year, I went to watch the reserves beforehand. They played the Tigers ironically and Gilchrist kicked 3 (from memory) goals from outside 50, so I agree with you Triple B.

    Let's hope he goes on with it.
