As long as RC can develop exercises for our lifestyles.
We need exercises to strengthen our schooner holding arms. Add flexibility to the digits operating our TV remotes. We need exercises that develop our stamina for those long sessions at the buffet table. We'll also need to work on the glutes to get us through those arduous double headers.

Guys, you are ALL welcome to have sessions with me...and you don't have to be super fit...that's my job!! I have a client that is at least 25kg over weight, in a sedentary job, is mid 40's and does just fine!! I have group fitness things going on all the time but if you want we can do personal training/courses (like how to use those Indian Clubs you see me teaching Trenners with). Just shout and we'll all hook up...and there is absolutely NO shouting! Usually quite a bit of laughter actually.
