Indigenous All Stars vs. Richmond Tigers

    The AFL All-Stars Squad is

    Tony Armstrong (Adelaide)
    Graham Johncock (Adelaide)
    Sam Sheldon (Brisbane)
    Eddie Betts (Carlton)
    Andrew Walker (Carlton)
    Chris Yarran (Carlton)
    Alwyn Davey (Essendon)
    Courtenay Dempsey (Essendon)
    Leroy Jetta (Essendon)
    Patrick Ryder (Essendon)
    Matthew Stokes (Geelong)
    Harley Bennell (Gold Coast)
    Curtley Hampton (GWS)
    Gerard Ugle (GWS)
    Cyril Rioli (Hawthorn)
    Jamie Bennell (Melbourne)
    Aaron Davey (Melbourne)
    Liam Jurrah (Melbourne)
    Matt Campbell (North Melbourne)
    Cruise Garlett (North Melbourne)
    Lindsay Thomas (North Melbourne)
    Daniel Wells (North Melbourne)
    Daniel Motlop (Port Adelaide)
    Marlon Motlop (Port Adelaide)
    Danyle Pearce (Port Adelaide)
    Adam Goodes (capt) (Sydney)
    Lewis Jetta (Sydney)
    Byron Sumner
    (Sydney)
    Nathan Djerrkura (Western Bulldogs)
    Liam Jones (Western Bulldogs)
    Zephaniah Skinner (Western Bulldogs)
    Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls (West Coast)

The squad is currently 32 but will be cut to a squad of 30 on Wednesday.

Coached by Micky O! Not much height in the side, I just hope they're not going to ask Goodes to back up Ryder in the ruck.

    Live on ABC1 Friday 8.30pm 4th February

All Stars practising their war cry, and if I'm not mistaken, it looks like Byron Sumner is leading the cry.

I think you are right ugg, looks very much like Byron. Noticed Uncle and Jetts were getting combinations together, and that he had trimmed off a few inches; looked pretty determined.

Could Micky O be one of the first to benefit from the proposed new rule saying at least one indigenous candidate must be interviewed for any coaching positions that open up?

Former Sydney champion Michael O'Loughlin looms as the most obvious candidate, having taken the Flying Boomerangs under-16 squad to South Africa last year and coaching the indigenous All-Stars team against Richmond in Alice Springs on Friday night.

"We'd love to see some more assistant coaches and maybe a (head) coach one day. That's the aim," O'Loughlin said.

That was the original scheduled time, but they had to move the match because of the poor state of the ground. It's being telecast live on Friday night.

    God love em.
I'll be glued to the tv watching.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I was looking at the Sun Herald guide so thanks for that. I can now watch Iron Chef and Rock Wiz without distraction.
