Teddy, centre half back. Well deserved recognition. Congrats Teddy, you make us proud.
Patterns emerge, but do they mean anything? No.

Kennedy also makes the team on the I/C.
Hard to see how the no.1 clearance player in the comp starts on the bench

Kennedy on the bench. Huge congrats to both players! Well deserved!

Nic Nat starting Ruck is a bit puzzling. Would've though Jacobs and Maric both had more consistent years. Swan and pendlebury both making the team ahead of Mitchell and Joel Selwood is also a bit rank.

Pretty disappointed to be honest. Jack missed out(Third in i50s and tenth in tackles), Jetta's(6 more goals more goal assists) spot was taken by rioli. Most of all Pavlich just wow.

Congratulations to Ted Richards and Josh Kennedy, a fitting reward for fantastic seasons by both players. I declare Ted the new Craig Bolton, Mr. Reliable.

And Dempster from the Saints - anyone see it when he played for us ?

Well done Teddy and Joshy. I cant believe jetta wasn't picked ahead of rioli. Kicked more goals, which is a half forward's job, but yet the media driven love for rioli because of his pressure acts gets him the nod. The games changed, and these days apparently pressure acts are more important in the all australian ahead of goals. Joke.
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

Nic Nat and Cyril have this love affair with the media (which the AA selectors mainly are a part of).

Joke really, if Jets first 5 games were the quiet ones and then he stormed home with 15 or 16 blinders, he would have made it easy. Last impressions win the day.

I am just astounded by the selections of Cyril, NN and Dean cox being in the pocket. The non selection of Pavlich is just crazy.
