Could tonight be the game we should never have lost? Carlton 17-1 odds. My guess is Robinson for sub. Go Swannies!

Every time the media & fans alike automatically put us down for a win I get very nervous.
I'm more nervous for tonight than I was for our last game!
That's an optimistic way to start a match day thread!
No it won't be. Swans by 60 with the cue in the rack early.
Today's a draft of your epitaph
My one concern with this match is that the Swans won't consider it worth the effort to win by 100, but if they did it would certainly help the percentage along, and that's what I'd like to see them aim at.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
Word in of a last minute change- ended up at Dove and Olive instead of Royal Albert.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
Actually, I'm slightly nervous in regards to tonight's match. There could be a few factors that might make it a fair bit closer than most people think. Firstly, there might be a bit of a letdown after last week's intense effort against the Hawks. Then there could be a bit of over confidence creeping in. And also, it's often the case that teams have a sudden improvement after sacking a coach.
Though that being said, I will be a bit disappointed if we don't win by ten goals.
And just as a quick statistical aside, Buddy's goal tally currently stands at 99 for the Swans and 679 career goals. So obviously, he just needs one to bring up his century for the Swans, and less obviously, he needs 3 tonight to go into 21st place in the all time highest goal kickers list. The person that he should surpass is Bob Pratt, who slightly quirkily, is the official goals record holder for our beloved Sydney Swans, despite never having played a game in Sydney.
At least the weather is on our side, so there is no excuse for poor ball skills. I hope our guys turn up to play, plus Tippet and Franklin are "owing" us a bag of goals.
I'm heading down from north Sydney. It's calm, mild, dry and clouds are clearing. Should be great conditions tonight.
We waited so long for you, right by your side Robbo! Good luck and show those Blues what the Red & White are made of.
The Mighty Sydney Swans by not a little but a lot. Go Bloods.
