    #AFLGF Pies v Eagles

Just setting up a match thread for later. As a birthday treat, I've been offered time off kid corralling to watch it at the pub. Don't mind who wins; just hoping for a good game, etc. If they both play their best, should be cracker.

I'm at the game and I'm jealous we aren't in it. But at least it will be stress free!

I think the Pies will win but I'm hoping for an Eagles win.

    Go Jetta!

Didn’t we beat the Eagles 🦅 twice, didn’t we beat the Pies!
    What does it all mean?

#AFL WC v Collingwood Grand Final Match Thread

Well, just under an hour to the bounce. The Swans Riley Stoddart has won his sprint heat easily to make it to the half time GF Sprint final. At the moment, the retirees are doing their lap of honour, a process that now leaves a slightly sour taste in my mouth after our own Adam Goodes forced absence from this tradition.....but, aside from that, it will be a big day.

I'm still on the Pies and want them to win for Travis Varcoe.....a player who, although he has already won GF's, deserves to be joyous on this day.

.....and how will big Mason Cox go? Will Jetta fire or have 'a quiet one'? Is McGovern fully fit? Will Sidebottom win the Norm Smith....he's got the Gary Ayres Medal pretty much wrapped up. Will Stevic be 100% neutral for once in his life? Who'll kick the first goal? Will Howe take a speccy? So many questions....all to be answered soon enough.

    Have a great day everyone......

All I am hoping for is that it is that it is fairly officiated.

    NO LATE CHANGES

    FINAL INTERCHANGES
West Coast: Dom Sheed, Daniel Venables, Nathan Vardy, Tom Cole
Collingwood: Adam Treloar, James Aish, Jaidyn Stephenson, Brayden Sier

PS: Happy for Vardy and Aish to be getting a chance at glory as well.

Will do. I was planning to barrack for the Pies, but now I’m unsure. I’m not a fan of either. Clash of the two evil empires.

Haha. Bad omen for the colliwobbles.

How can anyone barrack for Collingwood given what their President has done to us?

Gee, what happened to the Magpie banner? Bit windy?

I hope they get shredded like their banner....ICK..

Actually I didn't realise I was anything but neutral and disinterested until the eagles ran out...I mean seriously, Eddie and Buckley? The two man band who ceaselessly campaign against us.

Good luck Eagles, they'll need it. The whole establishment is against them.
