What an incredible difference to have a ruckman

We've had at least 4.... Blakey hit the post on the run as well.

And thebloods - we might disagree about RB, but I'm happy to be #2 on your Warner bandwagon!

Despite what Buckley said the other night re: ruck stats, Hickey has made a huge difference to us!

And am I imagining it or are we hearing the noise of excited fans?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Its his ability to compete strongly at both ends of the ground too that is making a massive difference. He feels like an old school dinosaur ruckman, but has enough to his bow. The young kids are lapping it up on the back of his strong ability to constantly compete. Have to keep him fit!

Out pressuring them all around the ground. McCartin and Dawson on top in defence. Kennedy, Florent, Mills, Parker and Warner have been great around the contests. I'm loving Hickey's game. Blakey and McInerney have had their moments of dash. And most importantly, our forward pressure has made Richmond's rebound look pretty ordinary.

How scintillating was the play leading up to that? I love seeing Blakey charge through the middle.

Sydney are the last side to beat Richmond by over 100 points. Round 23, 2016, SCG: 25.14 (164) to 7.9 (51). Nine Richmond players played in that game and today's game.
