I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Well I won't be watching that replay - unlike last week.

There’s a book titled “The Great Laurie Nash” by Ned Wallish. The title says it all

No remonstrating. No posturing in the umpire’s face. Just matter of fact. All class.
    Speakers of 1%ers.

And I enjoyed the Cunningham effort, to break the tackle and roost the ball downfield.

Reid won that game for us. Florent was great too. Logan just blew it for 4th rising star in a row.

How bloody good is it to beat Essendon! Far from our best tonight, but we found a way to win - a critical thing that the best teams do regularly. There is a lot to like about where we are headed, a lot!

Good to see we can win ugly. Skill level down but we gritted our teeth and dug deep. Important to do that - can't play like first 3 weeks for the whole season.

Great learning experience tonight hats off to Essendon they did their homework and we were forced to revert to the kick it long along the line more than we wanted with Essendon closing off the corridor really well.
Reid probably BOG for mine and the young brigade will be the better for this game.
Essendon played an almost Swan like game with their pressure

I believe his Test bowling average was under 11 too - Bradman did not like him. Fair sportsman - and he would tell you too.

EDIT - I was wrong his Test bowling average was 12.6

I might actually enjoy the replay, more than I enjoyed the live game. Hardly breathed during the last quarter.

Reid and Florent both enormous in that last quarter. So impressed with the improvement in Florent's decision making - has taken a huge leap forward in that regard.
