That goal review.....if the foot is still in contact with the ball as it crosses the back of the line it is a behind! It is not enough to just make contact with the ball before the line.....you're foot has to be off the ball by the time it crosses the back of the goal line. Pathetic! In this highest level league, we have officials who do not know the rules!!!
