    Match Thread. Swans v Geelong.

Looks like a nice night for football: 19 degrees, little chance of rain and a light noreasterly. Since the team is still unsettled by injuries and some loss of form, I'm not feeling hugely optimistic. But who knows? Maybe we'll get back our early dash and record a very enjoyable upset win?

I am expecting a big response tonight. We had many sore bodies last week and Heeney and RB looks like they needed a run. Winning Margin is over 25 pts then I will be disappointed.

We always seem to play OK against the Cats but playing at home hasn’t been a real benefit to us recently. Definitely need a lift in skill levels from that on display last week but if we can and just increase our pressure as well anything is possible.
Tipped them to win by 13 points and I can only hope but realistically finishing within 5 goals would be a reasonable result.

A winning margin of 25 points is pretty good. Geelong is a good team that just annihilated WCE last week. I'll take a 4 goal win.

Ground looks dewy already - change of boots at quarter time boys.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

We're going to need to be really good tonight - can already see we will get no favours from the umpires

I see 8m kicks are being rewarded tonight....and a goal to Geelong from one such kick.
