Anyone who attended this venue is a casual contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

So perhaps not for 14 days.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

Assuming no-one from the Swans tests positive, I can imagine them being advised to pack for at least the following week when they travel to Melbourne for this weekend's game. The MCG looks to be available on Saturday afternoon next week (at least, there are no other AFL games scheduled there on Saturday) so we may see our venue switched.

The VFL game may be a trickier prospect as it may not be feasible to expect the non-AFL listed players to spend the week in Melbourne.

This will blow over. Everyone around this bloke has tested negative so far except his wife ! If he hasnt infected his closest contacts then he wont have infected any one from the swans having a coffee !!

What would be the contingency if those coaches are isolating for 14 days but the players are all ok?

Is it a player coach who takes them on match day or do they hire an experienced Ross Lyon type of coach to run the game day program?

    Unparalleled times.

I think they are ok. According to Fox Sports article they have tested negative and were casual contacts not close contacts.

AFL.com.au say's all staff and players have tested negative, so it's all clear and the game this weekend should go ahead as scheduled

So Pyke, McVeigh and Cox won't be coming to Melbourne. This is going to be a huge disadvantage. Will they be able to coach remotely? That's not the same as being at the ground. This is going to be a big test.

Yes, I don't like this at all. Who will be assisting Horse in the box?

Swans travel by charter flight to Melbourne

"The club can confirm that coaches Don Pyke, Jarrad McVeigh and Dean Cox will not travel with the team to Melbourne for the match.

The three coaches were deemed casual contacts, after visiting the Azure Cafe exposure site between 12:30pm - 1pm on Monday May 3. All three have since returned negative Covid tests."

Longmire will be without his 3 assistant coaches for this match !! What a load of crap ! Demons should have to sit out 3 of theirs too or does fairness not count for peanuts anymore ??
