I'm not normally into violence but I so wanted to slap those kids faces.....their parents should be ashamed.....but I fear they were actually egging them on. Kids usually mirror their parents behaviour. Deplorable exhibition.

Interesting discussion on last night's low free kick count (Geel v StK) and the mystifying lack of holding the ball decisions.

Also, check the Footy Record display at the bottom.....and the article on the Swans hub experience last year and how it benefited the playing group.

My remarks about North are intended to highlight how Hawthorn tends to choke against the bottom side.

As I write this, North Melbourne are behind by a point early in the last quarter after Hawthorn gave up a 3-goal half-time lead.

It will be a percentage booster for both North and Hawthorn, whoever wins.

Would a draw be a good result?

I must read the Hawthorn match thread on Big Footy, later on. Should be fun.

I'm watching the GWS Richmond game on Fox with Eddie McGuire commentating. I know that I can't be objective when it comes to Eddie, but he has to be one of the most irritating and repugnant public figures in Australia.

I admire the talent of Dustin Martin, but Eddie's ebullience whenever Martin gets the ball is so sickening that it even rubs off on my opinion of Martin, which I sort of feel bad about.

Watching as well. As soon as I heard his voice, I muted the sound. Good game to watch .Silence not a problem.

I just turned it off because I couldn't take any more of Eddie. He's a seriously repugnant person after the Goodes' saga.
