Thread: Round 3: the other games. Well, I guess I love the game.

Dawson kicked the goal, it was a floater that wandered back. Good on him, but it was a free to Murphy after one of the stupidest and wildest plays from the Port player (?Mayes) imaginable. We’re all saying Wicks’ made a dumb decision (it was), but this left his in its wake. Only flicked on this game for the last quarter and the score was close, but it was tremendous; everything The Showdown is billed to be.

    Not funny. Still hurts.

When I switched off early in the last, my only sightings of him had been getting mugged a couple of times and looking around going, what am I doing here.

Anyway, he’s still a rat, and they’re still crap.

But good on Nicksy at least.
Hey, I was briefly wondering, if the universe was sending me a message to be a better person. But then I thought, nah, @@@@ that.

What's with the lack of imagination/originality with the away strips? From the back, it looks like GWS are playing the Eagles and not GC.

Now I know why they call the stadium Spotless: There aren't any fans to dirty up the place.

Are there still Covid restrictions for games in Sydney? Has the word gotten out to Western Sydney?

Pies putting a clinic this quarter seven unanswered goals. Never want them or Carlton to be too successful but they do have huge supporter bases that really do create a fantastic atmosphere at games when they are travelling well .

I’m heavily into wine time so it’s automatically entertaining to me, but suspect you’re right anyway.
'Delicious' is a fun word to say

Extraordinary second half with the Sadpies looking to home after slamming on 7 unanswered goals in the third and the Gericatrics returning the favour in the fourth to win.
