Hayward's hearing aid must have fallen out - 3 50's already against us

Ok what the hell is going on with the 50m penalties. Would be nice if they showed a replay.

I'm pulling my hair out with these turnovers kicking inside 50!!!

And now another 50 metre penalty has led to a Suns goal.

Absolute waste of a quarter - back to square one.

    Pathetic really.

Sounds like after another 5 weeks we will be outside the top 8 if continue playing like this.

4 goals at half time in dry conditions - not going to win too many games with that. Carbon copy of last week except the Suns and not as good as the Lions.

That rule is broken though. In a circumstance like that it's like fining someone for jaywalking on a road where there isn't a car in sight. Stupid from Hayward but if they are going to pay in circumstances like that then 50 needs to be reduced to 25.

The offence had zero impact on the football.

We have been diabolically bad today so far. Lethargic no energy and wasteful with what ball we have had.

All that work to try and grind back into it and gave it all up in 2 minutes.

A bit more energetic that quarter, but those couple of late goals weren't helpful. Paddy Mac probably our best.

And three behinds from Heeney doesn't help. Hope he improves in next two quarters.
I find much of the umpiring puzzling.
Suns seem always to have someone waiting for the ball - wish we could do the same.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Lord our kicking going inside 50 continues to be a major problem, and don’t sense we can blame it on being Buddy centric this week. When good kicks like McInerney and Blakey are badly missing targets something is very off. The two best inside 50s have been short kicks from Ladhams and Logan’s cracker to Parker. The rest has been poo.
